The raw materials for producing 5-gallon water bottle caps are strictly purchased in accordance with the national standard GB4806.7. The main requirements and physical and chemical indicators include the safety of raw materials, logistics performance, chemical stability, hygiene requirements, traceability, etc. At the same time, they also meet a series of standards set by the United States (FDA) to ensure food safety and consumer health.
The injection molding material for 5-gallon water bottle caps is low-density polyethylene (LDPE) and thermoplastic elastomer (TPE) two-component plastic injection molding. Two-color injection molding involves injecting two different plastics into an injection mold, with two cavities corresponding to one finished component, achieving precise injection molding.
The semi-finished assembly of 5-gallon water bottle caps is carried out throughout the entire process in a clean workshop. The assembly equipment, labeling equipment, visual inspection equipment, and combination equipment are all fully automated, with no direct human contact.
